Brown Bess Bayonet Scabbard – Leather Replica | Revolutionary War

Carry a piece of 18th-century military history with the Brown Bess Bayonet Scabbard — a premium leather replica faithfully crafted to replicate the original socket bayonet scabbards carried by British and Continental soldiers during the Revolutionary War (1775–1783).

The Brown Bess musket and its triangular socket bayonet were the defining weapons of the American Revolution, fielded by both the British Redcoats and many Colonial militias. This hand-crafted leather scabbard is designed to house a standard-pattern socket bayonet in period-correct fashion, matching the profile, stitching style, and frog attachment of original 18th-century British Army field equipment. The natural leather construction develops a rich patina over time, just as surviving originals have in museum and private collections across the United Kingdom and United States.

Whether you're a Revolutionary War re-enactor outfitting a full kit for a living history event, a collector assembling a period-accurate British or Colonial display, or a military historian seeking a tactile reference piece, this Brown Bess bayonet scabbard delivers authentic craftsmanship at every detail.

The scabbard is built for durability and repeated use in the field, making it as practical for re-enactment as it is impressive on a display stand alongside your musket replica and accoutrements.
